All residents go out for walks twice a day.
Our designated activities coordinator along with the staff team organise daily activities such as craft sessions, sensory sessions, baking, Bingo.
We raise chicken in our back garden. The residents are involves in collecting the eggs which they then use to bake or to eat for breakfast or lunch.
We offer opportunities for you to learn new skills, become more independent and try new experiences. The residents are supported to access day centres, a workplace, and colleges.
We encourage our residents to access the wider community. They regularly go out for lunch at the local pubs, restaurants, go for coffees, attend local events.
The residents attend social clubs weekly as organised by Mencap where they can socialise with their peers.
The residents go away on holiday at least once a week every year to a destination of their choice. We have regular residents meeting to discuss and review activities amongst other things.
